In the Internet Marketing community, there are mixed feelings concerning the AdSense publisher's program. Some people love it and make lots of money from it, and others make next to nothing from it. Needless to say, those who make very little money don't know how to take advantage of the program properly because the opportunity for big bucks is clearly there.
The AdSense program attracts a lot of new webmasters or bloggers into the fold. It seems in this era of technology, everyone wants an online presence and if they can make money from it as well, then all the better. We can also add a third reason why people don't make money with AdSense and that is because they go for competition that is too tough. As the sole webmaster, you just don't have enough resources to go against big companies that target the credit card niche or the weight loss niche. Everyone knows that these niches are lucrative and that is why everyone piles on.
To truly make money from the AdSense program, you need to focus on driving search engine traffic to specialty niches that have low competition which can still generate income at the end of each month. While you might not make a lot of money from a single site, given enough small niches, you will be able to make quite a fairly good income. This is the difference between hitting a home run versus a lot of singles.
Given these tips to a new webmaster or blogger, it is definitely possible to make money from AdSense.
